Ghost Image DL380

i have two identical DL380 and want to make
a ghost image (8.2) and restore it on the other server. What switches must i use when
making the backup and what switches when restoring to be successfull. The OS te be imaged is SUSE and W2K3.

PS: I am booting with BartPe and have installed the proper Network und HDU Driver.
