Graphics problem with ML110 G6

I've a Proliant ML110 G6 which use as personal computer with windows server 2008. It has the basic graphics card which it's offered (I think it's SVGA). In order to have a better resolution in my display, somebody from HP suggested to install a certain driver (I can provide you which one, but not until sunday or monday) and I did it. 

I've have no complains with this server except that the display is very very slow. It's really a pain to scroll some document or web page. I thought it was a problem with graphics card, but a friend suggested to be a problem with the graphics driver. He says it's wrong. Do you have any suggestion?

I think there is nothing much you can do on this. As the graphics card used on the server are not very high end. If, the driver and firmware are updated then there is not further troubleshooting required. If, you found the graphic card very sluggish then it might possible that the graphics card is faulty and you need to get the system board change.
