hangs with memory error

I replaced memory-board, system-Board and dimm?s 3 and 4.
Insight manager gives error messages for memory slots 3,4.
The system has 8x 256MB modules and hangs with Blue Screen...
I thougt it?s still a hardware problem, but i?m not sure.

When there any service notes for that problem, please answer me on my question...

if you have already replaced the dimms AND the system board then try clearing your NVRAM...it could be a false error message at this point
