hard disk replacement on ml370 raid5

I have 4X36.4gb 10k u320 80P (part No. - 287612-004) hard disks configured in raid5, recently one of the disk has failed, and presently i am having one 72.8gb 10k u320 80P (Part No. - 365695-007) hard disk spare,
I would appriciate if anyone can help me -
Whether i can replace one 36.4Gb failure hard disk with this 72.8GB hard disk.
And is it (72.8gb disk) compatible with ML370 server (the part no. is mentioned)

Hello Chandram,
Yes, you may use the 72 GB spare Disk.
The limitation will be, out of this 72, only 36 GB will be in use, rest cannot be used.
