Hardisk Replacement Issues on DL360 G4 Server

I have an HP Proliant DL360 G4 server. One of the 2 Hard disk was indicating a problem by flashing red. I first tried removing it and the replacing it back into the drive bay. I got no improvement. I then got an identical, though brand new one for a replacement. Since then, the Server will NOT boot.The Red flash on the disk has disappeared though; but it continues to reboot not seeing the operating system. Anyone to assist?

Not sure if you tried deselecting "System Failure" option to "Automatically restart."?

Reboot the server in safe mode and try the above to deselect Automatically restart on system failure option.
