Hibernation/Sleep impossible

Is there a way to enable hibernation/sleep in HP Proliant DL20 Gen10? When I try to hibernate Windows Server 2019, I get a message that it is not supported by the firmware.

Hello,

I have checked in LAB, this is not supported. Please check the command powercfg.exe /a. You will get the output.
