High DL360 G2 NIC failure Rate

Over the past few weeks we've had 6 DL360 G2s fail because of NIC issues. Generally either Windows can't detect the NICs, they don't show link light, or don't transmit. Our only solution was to have the system boards swapped out.

The servers are all about a year old. Has anyone else had a rash of DL360 G2 NIC failures?
