“High Temperature Conditions observed”

I have a ML 350 G3 which shuts down perodically with this error “High Temperature Conditions observed”
Any suggestions how to resolve this issue ?
Can I order only Heatsink saperately ?

How many CPU?
Updates, Firmware, PSP
Room Temperature?
What we missing?
Heatsink grease compound?
Fan speed from system Home Page ?
