How to add new hdd's

Hi, We have purchased two extra hdd's for a HP Proliant ML350 server. How do we go about getting the system to recognise the two new drives? The lights on the two drives are not lit and windows has not recognised the new hardware. If anyone could point me in the right direction to get these drives recognised it would be much appreciated. Problem solved. Needed to hit F8 on startup at the correct moment in time to access the array config. Luke
