How to automatically collect HP server service tag in datacenter ?

Hi,

I wonder if there is any automated tool to get HP serial number from my datacenter, because I'd like to do server refresh and there are more than hundreds of it that I need to identify its base warranty up to date ?

ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!

I think HP System Insight Manager (SIM) has a feature to see if warranty has past or not.

either way it can get serial number for you.

many thakns for the reply, does that means by using the standard agent (not the PSP) I can get HP SIm 6.23 to get the service tag along with its warranty status for me ?
