how to check ssd endurance on linux with out Smart Array

hello!

i have somthing to ask.

 

+ environment

 - server: dl360gen9

 - os : redhat 7.2

 - ssd with SATA AHCI mode (none RAID)

 

how to check SSD endurance?

oem tool ( ex: samsung - magician) was useless.

please help.

ssa -diag -txt
