How to configure an email alert ?
Hello everyone,
I would like to ask you for help as I will want to configure the alerts of my HPE Proliant ML110 server with sending by e-mail.
Since the ILO configuration, it does not seem free because it asks me for a license key ...
Is there another way to get an email notification when a disk is defective or when the server has a high temperature for example?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Re: How to configure an email alert ?
Hello,
You may refer to the iLO 5 User Guide, section "Configuring SNMP alerts" section on page 394 for more information.
Regards,

Re: How to configure an email alert ?
Thank you for your reply.
I temporarily activated the ILO 60-day trial license so I was able to configure email alerts.
Is it the same principle with SNMP alerts?
The goal is to have an external message outside the organization.
I haven't been able to test it yet because I'm having a deployment issue with Intelligent Provisioning and Windows Server 2019 STD.

Re: How to configure an email alert ?
Using iLO Mail is the easiest way to do it.
For SNMP you need additional SNMP Trap receiver Software.
You can also use Free iLO Amplifier Software: iLO Amplifier Pack | HPE Store US
