Hello Akram1998,

You can configure a RAID 1 from the array controller utility, during POST look for the Smart Array E200i prompt and then press "F8" o get into the configuration utility.  There you can Manage, Create or Delete Raids and configure HDD's.

Once Raid 1 is created, you need to boot from the Windows Disk and whe it complais for a Logical Drive to install OS, you have to load the Controller Driver; it could be downloaded from here:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1121586&swItem=MTX-607c16837d8e4040bb265897c6&prodNameId=3279711&swEnvOID=4064&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=5

Just run the file and extract the contents directly into a USB drive.

Connect your USB thumb drive to the server and "Browse" for the E200 driver.

After that select the disk to install OS.  When OS finished to install you can download a support pack to install missing drivers.

***It's easier and I will recommend it, to use HP CD to create the RAID and install OS (an assisted installation), I found a guide on internet with instructions and screenshoots:

http://h20584.www2.hp.com/hpgt/guides/select?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1121586&lang=en&cc=us

Just select

Installation, Setup and Configuration then Create Array or Operatin System Installation
