How to know number of CPU COREs from serialnumber - tool?
Any pointer to tool or methode to read the number of CPU or cores in the box (proliant/blade)?
Eg using serial number, model naming syntax etc from assetlists?
Other methode - doing survey with HP SIM and target each server?

Re: How to know number of CPU COREs from serialnumber - tool?
Hi Sven,
You can try within HP Insight diagnostic tool, where you can find almost everything, but from serial number convection you cannot find number of cores except if you have advance knowledge in processor technology and know how mentioned architecture is in built in cpu.
Kind regards,
Predrag
