How to troubleshoot Accelerator board battery failed issues

Hi all,

Ive to manage 1000+ HP servers and i was getting Accelerator board battery failed errors, how to fix these issues, ive tried the following troubleshooting

upgrading FW
replacing battery

What would be the best practices to fix these issues ?

when firmware is upgraded and battery have been replace already

next step

replace battery and cache (BBWC) at the same time

just take some time and call HP they already know this issue
