How to upgrade graphics card on DL385 G6 & DL580 G5?

Can you recommend any graphics card for DL385 G6 & DL580 G5?

Both my HP DL580 G5 and HP DL385 G6 servers have embedded video SDRAM, but they are not adequate for my needs. I need to increase the SDRAM to 258GB minimun. The servers only have pci-e slots for x8 and x4, and I have tried installing x16 and x1 Video cards in them but to no avail.

If you have experience of upgrading the graphics cards on the above HP server or similar ones, I would like the details of the card(s) you used and other helpful information.
