how well will my rackmount ML530s run WINDOWS SERVER 2003?

the specs are below:

1 x ML530, 1gb, dual 800mhz 2 x 9gb 10 x 18gb drives

2 x ML530, 1gb ram, duall 866mhz, 2 x 9gb 5 x 18gb

looking to put windows 2003 server on them, how will they run? are they high spec enough?

The specs. looks really good also this depends on what kind of application is going to run on these servers. Hope you update the firmware & bios before the server goes production.
