Hp array configuration utility

I'm trying to run Hp array Configuration utility on a Proliant DL 380 server but I won't get it to work, when Internet explorer
starts it says The Page cannot be displayed.
Any clue to why?

I have one clue myself we are running a rather old supportpack (7.10) on this server with windows 2003 and sp1. Could that be the problem or is there another explanation??

yes update to 7.61 at least or use latest smart Start CD

Hi Gert,

You may try disabling the "Security Configuration" in IExplore (Control Panel --> Add/Remove --> Windows Components)

Also check link connectivity and firewall blocking local ports and as previously suggested, the well-known Proliant Support Pack.

Don't forget to customize the options *before* installing the PSP.

Thanks for your answers I will try at least
to change security settings.

Since the servers run 24hours it´s a bit harder to upgrade the supportpack without a bit of planning.

It seems like a upgrade of the supportpack is necessary so I guess we will apply
supportpack 7.70
