HP array configuration utility

I cant able to open HP array configuration utility , it getting stuck I am using 7.42 version

Please help me

Uninstall, re-install
If 2003 add address permission
Reinstall PSP
In the worst case use smart Start CD to Verify

What really happened? Any errors?
Server that you have? Controller? O/S ?

if i uninstall and reinstall HP array configuration utility does it give any problem, all the configuration of hard disk will be there? eg mirroring or it will get correpted

ACU is only utility to verify or make changes
