Re: HP care pack services
Hi,
Here's a good link for starters.
This has a good basic description of services available for business coverage.
http://h20219.www2.hp.com/services/cache/79988-0-0-225-121.aspx
If more is needed, search from HP.com on Carepacks and select radio button "All of HP".
Regards,
Louis

Re: HP care pack services
Be careful to note the term "response time".
A four hour response time does not mean a "four hour fix", it only means a first level technician will call you and go through some basics.
Consider also the effect of bulk pricing. If you have six servers, it can be cheaper to purchase another entire spare server than a care pack for all of them.

Re: HP care pack services
hi
well reading the note from Joshua Small
Be careful to note the term "response time"
there is another services like 6 hours call to repair which means you're server is going to be up within 6 hours of course that is for critical servers but right all servers are critical...
regards
