plesae i found this error means 

no HDD is showin i use HP cd to see the logical drive is showing this error 

hp : critical status message : (failed) logical drive 1(410.1gb RAID 0)

this server is new it is only 1 month 

and i install in this server merak email server 

now i do not know how to solve this error and is showing  this message :

( faild and cannot be used . all data on this logical drive has been lost 

please help as soon as possible becouse the company work is down

Regarding the message, (failed) logical drive 1(410.1gb RAID 0)

As I understand it was in Raid 0 and if one hard drive has failed in Raid 0 then whole logical drive is failed.

I would suggest you to perform diagnostics from HP Smart Start CD to determine if its a Operating System/software failure or a physical drive failure.
