HP DL 140 G3

Windows CD Boots and halts at Set up is starting windows?

CD are original, new and used on several installs Windows Server 2003 R2 also tried other Windows OS and same issue install halts at same point.

HDD are 160Gb SATA drives Raid 1

I would say maybe the CD drive is faulty, and I would try another (known working) one.

The CD Drive is booting all OS disks and only fails when it reaches the windows set up screen
