HP DL20 Server has only a Resolution 1024x768 Pixel and can not be set higher

Hello,
we have put a new HP Proliant DL20 Gen10 server with Matrox G200eh3 graphics card, with Windows Server 2019 (HP-ROK) into operation at the customer's site.

This was previously set up to date with the HP SPP 2021-04 also under Windows.

Windows Server 2019 was installed via Intelligent Provisioning

When it was set up in the office before delivery, the server had a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels 60 Hz on a 23 "monitor which was connected via a KVM switch.

After delivery, the server was also connected to a 23 "monitor via a KVM switch and now only has
a maximum resolution of 1024x768 pixels 60 Hz and can no longer be set to 1280x1024 pixels.

Several older HP servers are connected to the customer's KVM switch, all of these servers have a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels. This shows that the KVM switch supports this resolution

Has anyone ever had this problem? or an idea how to solve the problem.

2. Have tried using another KVM.

3. Are there other DL20 Gen10 servers in the customer environment which are working fine?

1. the KVM Switch in use is a Aten CS1716i further information is availlable at:

2. No, there is no other KVM Switch at the customers site, but during the setup in our office the Server has a resolution of

1280x1024 Pixel on a small Digitus KVM Switch.

3. There a no DL20 Gen 10 Servers at the customer site, but several DL380 Servers Gen 8/9 which work fine on the Aten KVM Switch with a resolution of 1280x1024 Pixel. So i can say, the Aten KVM Switch is in use with a resolution of 1280x1024 Pixel and works fine.

my dl20 g10 with win server 2019 working fine with remote mode.  

may the g200 drviver doesn't install well . check the win device manager list.
