HP DL360 Gen10 Server: 100% fan speed after reboot

Hi

The HP DL360 Gen10 server is running Windows Server 2019 Standard. For some reason the fans of the server run at 100% some times after a reboot, but are fine other times. It only seems to get triggered after a reboot, at which time the fans will run at 100% until the server is rebooted again and then they're back to normal speed.

I downloaded the HP SUM utility and most recent SPP 2019.12.0 (6 Jan 2020) and applied all the updates it detected.

Hardware:  Intel Xeon 4210 2.2GHz 4x16GB, 2x 500W power supply, P408ia/2GB FBWC, 2xHD HP 12G 2.5" SAS SC512e 1TB

What can i do?

if any HBA card installed on the server then 2X processor required. please update the latest SPP.

This is not a true statement.  If you need the optional secondary riser card then you need to add a 2nd CPU.

What does that mean exactly? Will an update respectively SPP be created? What is the solution for the customer?

There is already a newer BIOS and ILO  firmware than on the SPP:
