HP DL380 G10 intelligent provisioning Mozilla grab crash

Mozilla Crash.JPG

After entering with F10, it gives an error on this page.

I updated to SPP 2023, ILO 2.97 BIOS 2.90 is up to date. IntelProvis. 3.70 is up to date.

How can I solve this problem? I need urgent help.

Hello,

You may consider rebooting iLO. If the issue is not resolved, then reset iLO to factory defaults.

Re: HP DL380 G10 intelligent provisioning Mozilla grab crash

Greetings!

Kindly ensure that you have installed the most recent version of Intelligent Provisioning, version 3.88, and investigate whether the problem persists.

If you need to generate a bootable USB drive for the installation of Intelligent Provisioning, you can utilize the USB Key Utility designed for Windows.

If the problem continues, kindly create a support case for further investigation.

Re: HP DL380 G10 intelligent provisioning Mozilla grab crash

I did what you said.
But during the process, it freezes, stays on a black screen and gives the job control turned off error.
I can't log in with F10.

Re: HP DL380 G10 intelligent provisioning Mozilla grab crash

Greetings!

Have you attempted to mount the ISO using the iLo console?

Kindly utilize the iLO remote console to troubleshoot, thereby eliminating the possibility of a failing USB drive or issues with the bootable USB creation utility.

Re: HP DL380 G10 intelligent provisioning Mozilla grab crash

Greetings!

I understand that you attempted to install Intelligent Provisioning using both a USB boot and the iLO remote console, but unfortunately, it was not successful.

Please verify that the encryption settings on the iLO page are configured as "Production." If they are not set to "Production," please make this adjustment and then try reinstalling Intelligent Provisioning.

If the problem continues, please create a support case. Since Intelligent Provisioning is installed on a NAND chip on the system board, this issue requires further investigation.
