HP DL380 G5 update firmware error code 6

Hi expert,

I used the HP Smart update firmware version 2014.2 to update server HP DL380 G5.

and i get the error:

Install:CP021848.scexe

Version:2.11.20C

Description: HP Broadcom Online Firmware upgradeutility for Linux x86_64

Return Code 6

Please help!

Hi,

 

If the return code is 6, HP SUM cannot update this component. No action necessary.

 

The reasons could be:

The component is already updated.

That hardware does not exist on this server.

That hardware is disabled.
