HP DL380P G8
I have DL380 configured RAID 0 two hard disk 300G, and have critical data My Q
for redadancy its better :
1.Add another two 300G hard disk and confiure Raid 1 without any losing data, its possible ?
2.Migrate the cureet RAID 0 TO RAID 1, its possible without losing data ?

You cannot make your 2 disk raid0 to the same 2 disk raid 1 without backup/restore. Consider to add 2 disks and modify your raid.

If you add another two 300GB drives you can migrate from RAID 0 to a RAID 1+0 configuration.
Whenever messing with drives or controller always have a good backup!

Start SSA (smart storage administrator), select the logical drive and you should see the option in the action list. You probably need to have a cache modul installed.
