HP DL380p Gen 9 Error 1798-slot 0 Drive Array

Dear,

 I have HP DL 380p Gen9,  i am facing problem that during POST that

Embedded Raid: Smart Array p440ar controller - configuration required - 1798-slot 0 Drive array - cache module self test error occured- cache is disabled.  Action: replace the cache module or controller if cache embedded.

I have already upgrade the firmware of p440ar. and it was sucessfully upgraded to newer version, but still error exist. in inteligent provisioning 2 Errors also shown which are attached. 

is there problem with array Battery??  Please help me out to solve this problems.

I would first update the array controller and ILO firmware and BIOS to the latest.

BIOS version 2.22

ILO version 2.44

SA version 4.02

First method ! Pull out the RAID Controller ( Smart Array p440ar) and put back.

Method 2. Bios reset.

Method 3. Update The Motheboard firmware also the RAID controller firmware version.

Method3.  replace the battery. or last method The RAID controller.
