HP DL460c G6 server

Dear Sir/Madam,

we have hp dl 460c G6 servers 

1.) the problem is we are tring to install os rhecl5.6 and 6.3 it`s not taking bootable cd/dvd drive directly it`s serching with n/w installation.

2)  OA also we forgot password.

3) we updated 1G card and updated firmaware with spp 2014 also but it not use full .

4) we check bios also given bootble priority for cd/dvd.in bios showing hdd also raid 1created in that server.

5) we tried to install through bootable pen drive,cd/dvd but i`ts not taking directly,

please give the solution is there any changes in bios ?

Hi,

Other than RHEL, have you tried installing Windows OS, just to make sure server hardware is working as designed.

BL460c G6 supports the follows RHEL versions:

RHEL 6.0
RHEL 5.3
RHEL 4.8 (Intel Xeon Processor 5600 Series)
RHEL 4.7
