Hp G4P hangs during searching for device

Hello,
I have a HP proliant GL350 G4P, that if I do a reboot on it will hang during Searching for Device, it gets to the 3 device and stops. If I turn the server off and then back on it boots up fine. Likewise if I boot up the server it will boot up fine. But if I reboot it will hang when it gets to the 0 3 and if I reboot it on that hang it will hang on the 0 0. Any Ideals? Thanks for any help.

It's ML350.
