HP GBE2 Interconnecting Switch Default Password

Hi,

I forget the password for HP GBE2 Interconnecting switch.

How to login to the GBE2 Interconnecting switch??

Is there any default passwords available to login to the switch???

Hi,

I seem to recall that there wasn't a default username and password... You could leave both fields blank and log in.

Although that might have been on a GbE switch rather than a GbE2...

Hi,

Just found the the manual for the GbE2 switch. The default passsword is admin.

That manual also states that if you forget the passwords you have to contact HP tech support who will get you a backdoor password...
