Query: HP IP KVM Switch IA trouble.

Hi, I have a IP KVM Switch (408965-001).

For this I have four USB IA:s (336047-B21)

My problem is that after I upgraded the FW on three of these the EID has changed, so all have the same EID (E1DFCD-000000)

And if i plug in more then one both stops working..

Is there a way to fix this,

or do I just throw them away?

Generally these are use to consume units.

If you have a warranty on these, you can check for a replacement by logging a support case on support.hpe.com
