HP Management Agents

I just installed Windows 2003 sp1
and now the management agents will not start.
I am getting a cqmgserv.exe (7.10.0.0)
application error.

Any suggestions?

Install last proliant support pack (7.40)

windows 2003 sp1 causes the HP Insight Management Agents to stop running
