HP ML 150 G5 Hardisk Not Detected

hai all,
i just buy HP ML150 G5, and when i try to instaal linux 4 en, the hardisk not detect, i was dwonload the lates start mart but show message that the server not support for development, i dont know what its meen. any one know whay suppose to do, pleas advise.

Hi Junar,

100 series of servers does not support Smartstart disk for deployment of OS.

First, ensure to have the storage controller driver from hp website after which you can start deployment of Linux OS. The driver diskette differs for version of linux.

Download the diskette use the boot dd during installation process to provide disk and get the drive detected.

Srinivas S thx for your replay, i was try to dwonload and load the driver from flopy disk, but the warning show that say "there is no device of the appropriate type were found on this driver disk would you like to manually select the driver" . Srivanas there is anything else mybe missed by me?.

Please advise.
