HP ML115G5 missing KVM option in LOM100c interface

I recently upgraded to the latest BIOS and LOM releases and now the KVM option in the LOM web interface is missing. I've tried several OS and browser combinations but none works.

Strangely, I sometime see it briefly as the page refreshes but it vanishes. I also tried navigating to it directly with http://<lom_ip>/kvms.html (it was cached in my browser history) and all I get is a blank page.

Any ideas?

Here's a picture of what I'm seeing:

Compare this with the picture here which I found on the internet which shows what I used to see:

notice that between 'System Event Log' and 'Hardware Inventory' the entry on mine is missing.
