hp ml150 gl server only one nic working.

After installing windows server 2003 on my proliant server and installed all the drivers from the hp site. I can only see one nic installed. The other one is not installed. And when i look into the device manager i get an unknow device. and only one nic.

What do i need to do in order to make the other nic work?

and yes i have installed all of the windows server updates.

I have same error on ProLiant ML350 G3.
Same system, latest drivers, updates and firmwares.
Any ideas?

I believe the same issue with the second NIC is not really an issue at all. The ML150 G6 only has a single embedded NIC. There are two RJ45 connections on the back, but one of them is used for remote management. Search for "interfaces" within the quickspecs for this server and you will find 1 NIC port and 1 Lights Out 100 port:

This server only ships with one embedded NIC. This server does not have an iLO or LO 100 port either (I believe the ML350 G4p was the first to ship with an iLO). Is the second NIC you mentioned in one of the PCI slots? I have provided the link for the quickspecs for you also, so that you can look at what comes with these servers:
