HP ML350 Gen 10 Boot errors
Hello all. I am facing this very puzzling error:
(C) CLOCK NOT SET Server Critical Fault ( Service Information: Power on Fault, System Board, AUX/Main EFUSE (10h)
I have tried to swap out both the PSU units, and use the new cold spares but getting the same error. I have tried following others in the discussion who got the same error but can not figure how they eventually solved this problem. I am unable to connect into the iLO service Port, I can not ping my iLO ip. I am really stranded here, please assist or point me in the right direction of how to fix this.

Re: HP ML350 Gen 10 Boot errors
Dear mnzw
As per your given information, It might be system board getting faulty as you mentioned that there is Clock not SET RuntimeFault System Board AUX/Main EFUSE. thou you can try to swaping PSU, or checking with single PSU. Checking by removing or replacing CMOS coin battery which is installed into Mother Board. checking with minimum configuration means single PROC and single DIMM only. if system getting power on and clear POST, let me know. other wise you have to replace system board. Also Please share your Server model no.
Hope, I could provide you with clear and helpful instructions.If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help!
Have a great day!
Thanks & Regards.

Re: HP ML350 Gen 10 Boot errors
Hello Rabindra,
The error does not mention 'RUNTIME', but rather {CLOCK NOT SET Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Power on Fault, System Board, AUX/Main EFUSE (10h))}
But, here is what I have done. I am already using a single PROC and so I have removed all the DIMMS, and CMOS coin battery and still getting the same error
{CLOCK NOT SET Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Power on Fault, System Board, AUX/Main EFUSE (10h))}
I have replaced the CMOS battery and still getting the same error. Are you sure without a doubt that the system board has been fried?

Re: HP ML350 Gen 10 Boot errors
Dear mnzw
Server Critical Fault (Service Information: RuntimeFault System Board AUX/Main EFUSE (10h)) is not always caused that system board issue. It might be various reason for it. are you cross check both PSU and PROC one by one. Also I haver arrange a advisory for Gen 10 server. Please check it. Also Please share IML log to verify.
Please let me know the if you perform the activity. and current status after performing the activity.
.
Thanks & Regards...
Rabindra
