HP Network Configuration Utility

Hi I am getting an eror message when tring to launch the above utility

"Network Controls are locked. HP Network Configuration Utility cannot be launched.Please close all Network Property Sheets and try again

NB There are no property sheets open!

You will get this message if another instance of NCU is running, e.g. Local Area Connection, or their properties, or running HPnetSvy...etc

I have the same error on a Proliant ML370 G6 and there is not any open network configuration, indeed I rebooted the server after update the Hp Service Pack and try to open the HP network configuration and returned that error.

I tried to re-install the utility and return the same error:

HP Network Configuration Utility installation cannot be done while network configuration programs are active.  Please close all Network Property sheets and try again.
Any suggestion?

btw, I forgot to mention that seems that WBEM does not works as well
