HP Premium Power Supply error

Hi there,

we have bought one of these Premium power supplies, energy saving an so on. It has a blue connector.

When we plug it to the server, the LED stays dark. The server recognizes the supply and shows an error. We called HP Support to change, but even the second one is not working.

The built-in supply is a standard power supply.


Any ideas? Is it allowed to mix power supplies (both 460 watts)

Hi

please provide the PN of the power supply you have installed and the "premium" one you are installing.
Also what's the system you are installing them in?
