HP Proliant DL 380 Gen 10 SFF new setup with Esxi 8.0 Installation and migration of vm

Hi

I work for an insurance company, where the current infrastrucutre is running on 3 node Cluster on Esxi 6.5.

We have procured 3 new HP DL 380 Gen 10 Servers, From which 2 will be Clustered running Esxi 8.0 and on the 3rd physical server will be used to configure Win Server 2022 with Active Directory services and 200 CAL License. 

I need help with what steps to start with to do the Initial setup and updates of all the HP DL 380 Servers (having 2x HPE 600GB SAS 12G MISSION CRITICAL 10K SFF disks on each server). What information I would need to configure the HP Servers before the Esxi 8.0 will be installed.

And there are about 25 vms to be migrated from old Esxi 6.5 to the new Esxi 8.0 server, so what approach should i take to do the upgrade and migration.

Thanks for your reply. 

The information you've provided is more from a readiness and seeking help from a HPE specialist perspective. I want to highlight again that the deployment and implementation will be done by us freelancer techs.

And so , we want to know what to be done to prepare the new HP Servers to provision the basic pre-requisite configuration before installing a Operating System. 

In addition, those servers will be eventually connected to a HP SAN Storage with point to point FC connectivity.
