Hp proliant dl140 g2 , not start

Hi all,
i have recovery hp proliant dl140g2, without memory.

I have installed 8 dimm pc2-5300 1gb.

but when start server ...not load bios.

i tried remove ram but bios not start.

i tried reset cmos for default configuration...
nothing.

when start server fans is max velocity and on mother board two leds indicator r1222 and r1227.

suggestions?
