HP ProLiant DL180 Gen9 processor support

Hello!

A few years ago I bought a server HP ProLiant DL180 Gen9, now there is a question of replacing the processor E5-2603v3 on E5-2676v3 or E5-2667v3, but I can not find a list of supported processors.

Tell me where you can see the compatibility.
