HP Proliant DL360 Gen 10 no fixed disks to show
The server has Windows 2012R2 installed and a HP Array in RAID 5. It was working fine until last reboot due to installation of Windows security update 2023-01. I also installed recently HPE Smart Storage Administrator.
After reboot it goes to Troubleshoot screen:
- Automatic Repair didn't work.
- With diskpart command I got a "no fixed disks to show" message.
- If I try to Refresh PC I got a "The drive where windows is installed is locked. unlock the drive and try again" message.
- Bitlocker isn't enabled.
- I can see the storage array in the BIOS.
Any idea on what's goin on? What can I do to recover the server?
Thanks.

Re: HP Proliant DL360 Gen 10 no fixed disks to show
Hello,
Have you tried to rollover to the previous Windows patch update and has that made any difference?
If not then I would request you to log a case with HPE support to further look into this as a remote session and log analysis might be required.
Thank you.
