HP Proliant DL360 Gen9 Processor Kit Removal
Hi Geeks,
I have the above server with x 2 Intel Xeon E5 2600 Series processor socket but I want to remove one of the processor so that only one will be licensed by my VMWare esxi key(for 1 cpu).
I have tried removing one processor kit but the machine wont power on again so I fitted it back in and it is working again. Is this workable(Removing a processor kit/socket)?
Thanks
