HP ProLiant DL380 G7 not Responding to OIDs
Hi All,
I have a HP ProLiant DL380 G7 and installed the below but is not reponding to OIDs in CPQIDA MIB
iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver
iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver
HPE Insight Management Agents
but have a HP ProLiant DL380p G8 which is respnding

have 2 servers one is responding and the other is not

Hello,
The server should be updated with the latest bios and firmware.
I would suggest you to have a proper case be logged with HPE, and share the appropriate logs for further analysis.
