Re: HP PROLIANT DL380 G9 SERVER NOT BOOT OS
Dear Expert2024
It is very sad to hear about you server issue. I will try to get back your server on track by assisting you.
For Intelligent Provisioning recovery.
1. shut down your server. remove RAID controller, and disconnect HDDs.
2. Reboot the server and, when prompted, press F9 to access the UEFI System Utilities. From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration → BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) → Server Security → Intelligent Provisioning (F10 Prompt) and press Enter Select Enabled.
3. Reboot the Server and check. F10 option will be in the POST screen. If not, then shut down you server. and folow step 4
4. 1. Power down the server.
4. 2. Remove the server cover.
4. 3. Locate the System Maintenance Switch, position S6, and move the switch to the "On" position.
4. 4. Power the server back on until Power-On Self-Test begins.
4. 5. After POST has started, power-cycle the server off.
4. 6. Move the System Maintenance Switch back to the "Off" position.
4. 7. Replace the server cover and power on the system. The server will boot
5. Download Intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media. and HPE USB Key utility.
6. make a USB drive bootable with Intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media by useing HPE USB Key Utility.
7 boot your server by bootable USB Media(Intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media). folow the instruction to update Intelligent Provisioning. It will take couple of munites.
8 Reboot the server and check. Intelligent Provisinig will work. (if not then need to replace system board).
9 Now re-connect RAID controller. power on your server and go the F10 option whil it prompted.
For accessing HPSSA Utility
1. Reboot your server press F9 for BIOS setup/RBSU Menu. System Utilities -> System Configuration -> Embedded RAID 1: Smart Array Controller -> Exit and launch HP Smart Storage Admin (HPSSA).
2. OR Press F10 option for Intelligent Provisioning. then choosing HP SMart Storage Administrator which will load the GUI ACU.

Re: HP PROLIANT DL380 G9 SERVER NOT BOOT OS
Can you give a try to below ones:
Power off the server and inspect all hardware components(Like if any RAID controller LEDs or drive LEDs indicate errors, all drives are properly seated and check for any physical damage to the RAID controller, cables, or other components)
Try resetting the NVRAM.
A power surge may have corrupted the RAID controller firmware(Download and apply the latest firmware update for your RAID controller using HPE tools like SUM or the bootable Service Pack for ProLiant )
If the logical drive is disabled, one or more physical drives may have failed. Use SSA or ORCA to identify faulty drives. Replace any failed drives and rebuild the array.
I hope this helps. Let me kknow.
