I am contacting you about a specific need that we have to equip one of our server.

We need a PCI card that is installed on the motherboard of the server for additional USB ports.

The server in question is a HP Proliant DL380p Gen 8 .

Could you please check if this card is available?

The server already has up to 6 USB ports + internal port.

You need even more?

USB2 or 3?

Maybe a simple hub is a solution?

the customer refuse to add a usb hub , all 6 ports are used for a security solution.

i need any solution usb 2.0 or 3.O

How many ports do you need now?

Many times hp recommends a card like this: Startech 2 port PCI Express SuperSpeed USB 3.0 card
