hello there,
I have a question about option to manage cpu temperatures ...
I have server solution HP ProLiant DL580 G7 with integrated intel processors E7-4870,
os is vmware ESXi 6.0.0
I would like to know, please
- are there some options for change cpu temperatures thresholds?
becasue, I am not sure, in iOL3 are measured CPUs values pretty high and fans run only on 35% still
by the way the temperatures thresholds are set approximately on 126-127C ...
is it ok? I think it is too much, Is there some solution for change these values?
added printscreens (fans & temperatures from system information - health summary
- is it a reason why the fans run so slowly? the high value temperature threshold of cpu is far away

Fans RPMs are all at 35% (WRT their maximum RPMs) simply because CPU core temperatures are far below caution thresholds (I see below 65°C on average), so I think the current reported condition is pretty under what engineering coded as normal status (indeed you have green=good healthy marks).
