I have started experiencing the beeping sound and the front panel led lights blinking red after sometime when my server is on.

I thought its the power supply with the issue but i bought another one but the issue still persists.

Any ideas on the problem.

A red blinking LED on the front panel means that "something" is wrong. It's a general warning that can mean anything.

Is there an error message when you restart the server ? (power off on)
Open the cover. Are there some yellow LEDs on? (maybe a failed fan)
The ML series is notorious for bad capacitors. Are any caps bulged or leaky on the mainboard?

As long as the server has power the ILO should be up and running and tell what is wrong.

There are no errors when I power it off and on the at times i see amber leds when i open the lid.

What could be the issue here in such a case?

Im able to log in th server but when i run diagnostics with the smart start cd everything seems okay.

What coul be the issues?

You say you see yellow LEDs when you open the lid... What lid? The front door or the top(side) cover? Do you mean LEDs on the mainboard?

If the LED os on the mainboard ther is normally a text next to it telling you what LED it is. And inside the top (or side) cover is a plan with all parts explained.

Tell me which LED you see...

The leds are inside the on the mainboard.
