HP ProLiant ML10 Server not Booting up Urgent

In ILO it shows POST Error: 1778-Slot X Drive Array Resuming Automatic Data Recovery (Rebuild) process

But when I am booting the server it says Attempting booting from hard drive (c:)

an operating system wasn't found.

Hello,

The section "1778-Slot X Drive Array resuming Automatic Data Recovery (Rebuild) process" of the HPE ProLiant Gen9 Troubleshooting Guide, volume II: Error messages indicates that no action is  needed.

However, you state that the server does not boot into the operating system.

Restart the server, access HPE Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA) using Intelligent Provisioning by pressing F10 during POST and check the status of the RAID array and the installed hard drives.

Also Whenever i restart the process resumes right ? the progress doesnt reset correct?

According to you how much time should it take to rebuild it RAID-1 [Kinsgton SSD 970 GB] only 20% of the space is used]

Re: HP ProLiant ML10 Server not Booting up Urgent

Hello,

From the images it could be understood that there is a logical drive, but the server is not booting to the operationg system and there is a POST error concerning the RAID array.

Though the guide for the message indicates that no action is required, but the issue is not resolved. If there is data backup, then consider deleting the RAID array, recreate it, re-install the operating system.

Hello Vicky3,
Could you confirm if the array rebuilt by itself or if you had to delete and recreate the array ?
